Daniel Jones will likely miss his third straight game after a visit with a spine specialist, according to The Athletic.

SNY’s Ralph Vacchiano has reported that Jones’ injury could leave him out “days” or “weeks.”

Jones suffered the injury in the Giants’ victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, and has missed Big Blue’s last two games.

Earlier on Monday, Joe Judge offered no news on his quarterback.

“I have nothing negative, nothing less optimistic about him if that makes sense,” Judge told reporters on Monday as they awaited Jones’ next test results. “I have no information to tell me that anything is going in a different direction.”

Judge has said he does not believe the injury will be season-ending, but the Giants have not offered a timetable for his return, either.

The Giants have turned to Mike Glennon in Jones’ absence, who in his last two games has completed 50 percent of his passes (40-for-80) for 378 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. The Giants fell to the Chargers 37-21 on Sunday, and the Dolphins 20-9 last week.

A source told Vacchiano early last Sunday that Jones was likely to miss the Chargers game, so it’s pretty telling that the Giants are once again getting such news this early in the week regarding Week 15.
